SOUP MIX

Beautifully layered quality beans with generous portions of herbs and spices to create a flavor-packed bean soup or chili blend.

Combine with 6 cups of water and cook for 2 hours. Serves 4 sides or 2 full portions.

CURRY LENTIL + SPLIT PEA

SOUP MIX

Fragrant and tasteful Turkish curry powder and turmeric, layered with organic green or orange lentils + split peas.

Combine with 6 cups of water and cook for 1 hour. Serves 4 sides or 2 full portions.

SPICY BLACK BEAN

SOUP MIX

Layers of robust spices like Spanish paprika and dried ohio garlic blended with black beans. Topped with dehydrated cherry tomatoes, and one dried habanero pepper, left whole for you to control the heat.

Combine with 6 cups of water and cook for 2 hours. Serves 4 sides.

COCONUT LAVENDER COOKIE MIX

  • Add 1 egg + 1 stick of butter,

OR 1/2 cup of applesauce and 6 tbsp of oil.

  • Blend ingredients together until just incorporated, and scoop 1tbsp sized dough onto oiled baking pan.

  • Bake at 350 degrees F for 11 minutes. 

Cookies will seem soft, let cool.

Makes about 20 cookies.

** medium heat level **

  • Add 1 egg + 1 stick of butter,

OR 1/2 cup of applesauce and 6 tbsp of oil.

  • Blend ingredients together until just incorporated, and scoop 1tbsp sized dough onto oiled baking pan.

  • Bake at 350 degrees F for 11 minutes. 

Cookies will seem soft, let cool.
