-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-1 egg
-1 stick of butter (1/2 cup) **or just under 1/2 cup soft coconut oil
-lil bit of vanilla if you like it like that
-the jar mixins'
Preheat your oven to 350* F.
*will make about 20 cookies*
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-- WHAT TO DO --
-Beat together your egg + fat (butter/coconut oil) + vanilla until well combined.
-Slowly, add the mixture in the jar until incorporated.
-Its best not to over mix. 15-30 seconds should be fine.
***do not inhale cocoa dust as it does contain spicy goodness**
-It will be thick and sticky...and chocolate-y, and spicy + delicious.
-Boom, ya done.
-Well, almost. (after you lick your fingers, & spoon, & bowl & everything else)
On a baking sheet, lightly grease or slap down some parchment paper (its easier)
In sizes of about a tablespoon, space generously the chocolatey spicy globs of dough.
Yes globs, this dough will not create perfect balls. (no such things btw)
Bake these bad boys for about 11-13 minutes.
The cookies may still seem a bit soft when taken out of the oven, but remember these are soft chewy fudgey cookies, and will continue to cook about 2 minutes on the hot baking sheet.
Once slightly cooled, sifting powdered sugar on top is especially good...
Enjoy!!

Couple personal side notes--
*Check on the cookies at 10 minutes
*using a toothpick to test is spectacular
*do not turn halfway, best to be gentle to not disturb the rising process
*do NOT breathe in cocoa mixture when adding to egg+butter, it is spicy...you will cough.
