a colorful medley of home grown (when seasonal) spicy peppers tightened with apple cider vinegar and sugar. Offering a bold flavor and heat. Great with cheeses, and used as a spread on sandwiches.

BLACKBERRY LAVENDER JAM

Blackberries slowly cooked down and steeped with lavender petals to mellow out the acidity, and enhance the natural flavors. Pairs great with meats, cheeses and creams.

RASPBERRY ALMOND JAM

The massive flavor of raspberries paired with the sweet and nutty extract of almonds, great addition to any baked goods. Flavor forward with minimal to no seeds.

CHARDONNAY REAPER JELLY

Our hottest product yet, made with homegrown Carolina reaper peppers slowly cooked in a bright and citrusy chardonnay white wine. A little goes a long way, and pairs great with any cheese.

BLUEBERRY CHAMOMILE JAM

Juicy blueberries slowly cooked in lemon and chamomile, blended and strained for seeds, offer a taste less in sweetness but more a fruity and earthy twist.

STRAWBERRY ROSE JELLY

Made by slowly simmering sweet ripened strawberries in concentrated house-made rose water. Freshly squeezed lemons add to brighten this jelly that tastes like summer should.

APPLE BUTTER

Locally grown, and handpicked apples slowly cooked down for several days to thicken and caramelize the natural sugars in a variety of apples.

Fresh grated nutmeg + cinnamon added to accompany the smooth autumn flavors.

PLUM + BERRY JAM

Juicy plums blended and cooked down with strawberries and raspberries.
